Steps to install doki on Linux

  1. Pick a package

The AppImage is one self-contained file and updates itself. The DEB (Ubuntu, Mint, Debian) and RPM (Fedora, openSUSE) install like any other package.

  2. Install it

AppImage: right-click it, open Properties and allow it to run as a program (or run chmod +x on it), then double-click it. DEB or RPM: open it with your software centre, or install it with your package manager.

  3. Make a profile and play

Open doki, make an offline profile or sign in with Microsoft, pick a version and press play.

Good to know on Linux.

How updates arrive
The AppImage updates inside the app, checked against doki's signing key. A DEB or RPM install updates when you update the rest of your system.
